Arizona Traditions is an adult, gated community of 1768 homes located on Bell Road in Surprise, Arizona, approximately five miles west of Grand Avenue.  The first homes were built in1997 and the last homes were completed in 2013. The homes were built with a blend of the traditional and the contemporary. The community is built around Arizona Traditions Golf Course, an expansive 18-hole golf course which serves as a beautiful, landscaped centerpiece for the entire community.
