Court Reservations


THE COURT RESERVATIONS SYSTEM IS USED TO:

RESERVE A COURT

TO ADVERTISE ANY EVENTS OUTSIDE NORMAL CLUB TIME (7:00 TO 11:00 DAILY).

Court reservations can be made by club members or residents of Arizona Traditions.                                                   

Process for making  any type of  change to the Online Reservation System

 1.      Club Member Requests

Members of the Pickleball Club should submit their requested change to the Club President or Vice President.

2.      Club Leadership Review
If the President or Vice President approves the request, they will forward it to Lara for HOA Board consideration.

3.      HOA Review
Lara will present the proposed changes to Chuck Brooks for approval.

4.      Final Decision & Implementation
Once a decision is made, Chuck will notify Lara, who will then inform the submitting party (Pickleball Club President or Vice President). If approved, Lara will update the Pickleball Reservation System accordingly.

Based on the new process, please submit the changes to the Pickleball Club President or Vice President. 



Instructions from AAM Management Company
The Online Reservation System can be accessed through the HOA Website.

Select Sport Court ReservationsSelect Pickleball Reservation Calendar instructions.

Pickleball Reservation Calendar Instructions:

To create a new account, please click on "Sign In" in upper right corner.

Select "Register as new user"

Enter required information in fields (email address, first and last name, requested password. Self registration code is AZT)

Click "Register"

Then click on “Sign In” again.  The reservation calendar should appear.

Then go to profile (upper right corner, third icon from the left)

Email address should already be populated.

Enter your cell phone number and carrier.

Click "Save Settings" After registering the first time you just need to sign in with your email and saved password.
