March 24 - Annual Soup and Salad

MARK YOUR CALENDAR . . . for our Annual Soup and Salad get together on Sunday, March 24th, starting at 3:00 p.m. at the Neighborhood Center.

Sign-up sheets are at the Pickleball courts to bring either a soup or a salad. Please bring your own beverages, plus some quarters, because you might just go home with some prize money from our bingo games.

Plates, bowls, and silverware will be provided. This event is sponsored by Jerry and Sandy Look, and has always been a favorite activity of our club. Hope to see you there.Type your paragraph here.

2019 ANNUAL CALENDAR OF EVENTS/ UPCOMING EVENTS

March 23 - In-house Tournament

Attention ALL Club Members! Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 23rd, for our first tiered fundraising in-house tournament. This tournament is for all members of all abilities.

 There will be 3 tiers to choose from.

• Tier 1 - will be for advanced men and women combined.
• Tier 2 - will have a men's bracket and women's bracket for the strong, average players.
• Tier 3 - will have a men's bracket and women's bracket for less competitive players and players new to tournament style.

This tournament is limited to the first 12 in each bracket who have signed up and paid. The tourney entry fee will be $10.00 per member. We will have a waiting list if there are more than 12 interested.

When turning in your entry fee, please indicate which tier you wish to be in. You can pay by check or cash (checks need to be made out to AZT PB CLUB) and given to Club President, Nick Noble at the courts. You can also mail your entry fee to his address at 17215 N White Tank Vista, Surprise, AZ 85374.

The tournament registration starts at 7:00 a.m. and will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. All participants must sign up and have paid by the March 21st cut-off date. 

 The club will provide 1st and 2nd place medals awarded at each tier and bracket. Each tournament player will draw for 3 different partners. Each round of play will be games to 11.

Water and refreshments will be provided at the tournament. There will also be an ice cream social after the tournament to celebrate our winners. Please sign up quickly or call Nick at 814- 657-1486 or 623-242-6308 to ensure your spot in this year's spring tournament.
